listing, and certification agency requires a qualified project engineer to
coordinate the gas appliance testing and listing programs in our Long Beach, CA
laboratory. Applicants should be familiar with ANSI and UL standards and
experienced with gas appliance testing equipment and procedures. The preferred
candidate will posses management, communication, and personal computer skills.
Knowledge of plumbing, gas, and mechanical codes are a plus.

Job Description: Assist laboratory manager to structure, setup, conduct, analyze, evaluate and report on physical compliance testing. Test report and proposal writing, researching and developing new test criteria, consulting with clients, code agencies and associate engineers.

CIVIL/STRUCTURAL ENGINEER
SENIOR BUILDING SYSTEMS PLANS EXAMINER
Immediate opening for Civil or structural engineers to assist in building plan checking. Position requires the ability to review calculations and structural designs for compliance to various model codes and HUD manufactured housing standards. Prior experience in the manufactured housing industry, or building code enforcement desirable. 4 year engineering degree required.

CONSULTANT
PRODUCT LISTING GROUP
Seeking help in our growing building materials listing group. The preferred candidate will posses organizational, communication, and personal computer skills and be proficient with common office applications. Experience in Quality Control and inspections in the building or building materials industries as well as a good mechanical aptitude are both pluses.
Job duties will include:
* Review quality control manuals from building supply and materials manufacturers.
* Review inspection reports completed by RADCO inspectors.
* Conduct some inspections at manufacturer’s facilities.
* Monitor completion of tests performed in-house on quarterly samples selected during audit inspections at manufacturer’s facilities.
* Other duties as assign by the Group Leader
